Today will see 24 Boots stores launch their Christmas campaign with their marketing message “Because they’re special”

With a multi-million pound investment in their in-store experience, new premium ranges and a marketing campaign that aims to boost sales by getting customers to reappraise the brand and ‘what if’ offers, this is surely going to be Boots‘ biggest ever Boots.com Christmas launch.

Their plan is to change their ‘launch it and leave it’ plan to their new ‘launch it and love it’ campaign in an effort to boost this year’s Christmas sales.

It’s not just the stores that will have a new look – their website is also to have a revamp and will include a ‘gift advisor’ tool.  Look out too for their new ‘inspiration guide‘ which will be showcased in their printed gift guide.

Mike Bradshaw, Boots’ head of in-store marketing said that the changes are just for Christmas at the moment, although he will look at how certain aspects could be incorporated into its gifting offer during the rest of the year.
