Selfridges Kicks Off Christmas As It Opens Its Festive Shop 143 Days Before The Big Day
Launching its Christmas shop 143 days before the big day, Selfridges is the first store to bring some yule-tide cheer to it’s store.
You might be visiting the ice cream stand and hoping for a few more warmer days however Santa has been seen getting comfy at the Selfridges department store in London.
Filling 3,000 square feet on its fourth floor with decorations and gifts, the store want holiday makers to be able to take home a gift they will treasure for years to come.
This year, the UK department store will stock a huge range of festive goodies for you to purchase including a special line of decorations called Moonlight Magic.
The opening marks phase one of its Christmas shop and by Autumn you will be able to expect double! with 60,000 baubles, over 120 cracker options and more than 1,250 cards and wrapping paper designs you won’t be leaving empty handed!
Just like UnderTheChristmasTree, Selfridges feel Christmas runs all year round as Geraldine James, Selfridges Christmas home and decorations buyer, said: “We’ve been working on this year’s Christmas Shop since Christmas last year.”
Judging by the pictures even Santa is still in Summer mode as he is seen indulging on an Ice Cream.
