Caviar For Christmas? A Christmas With ALL The Trimmings At Aldi

Aldi reveals luxury range including fresh dressed crab and a £9.99 caviar for Christmas.  We ask will you be buying Aldi’s little luxuries?

Being tagged as ‘Christmas with all the trimmings’ Aldi will launch it’s fancier food on the run up to Christmas.  With beluga caviar selling for £9.99 for 20 grams, fresh scallops, fresh dressed crab, a whole goose, rib of beef and a five-bird-roast,  Aldi is sure to give it’s main competitors a run for their money.

Just like last December, when Aldi unveiled a 30-year-old Speyside single malt whisky which usually costs £131, priced at £54.99,  these new high-end treats will be reasonably priced so that families up and down the UK will be able to afford to treat themselves.

Trying to entice shoppers who would normally ‘trade up’ at Christmas by going to a posher supermarket, Aldi is hoping to convince their competitors shoppers that you can have luxury without the high cost.

Will Aldi’s new ‘Christmas with all the trimmings work’ and do you really like caviar?  Let us know in the comments below

Being half Scandinavian, I was brought up seafood – and love anything fishy: smoked salmon, prawns, caviar… nice to know that now Aldi is doing ‘posh nosh’, I might just be able to afford it!

Yes I love caviar! I tried it for the first time after my daughter was born and my mother in law did me a baby shower – and it really was with all the trimmings – she spoilt me! I was surprised at how lovely they were with canapes! I think the xmas trimmings sound amazing and we sure would enjoy them!

I like my food to be fresh and taste great, and I’m not bothered about fancy packaging. Aldi has got my vote.
