Firstly we think it is a great idea to buy an alternative to the traditional chocolate advent calendar to countdown to Christmas Day.
When we first looked at the Playmobil advent calendar box we noticed how festive it looked with the woodland scene on the front and on the back is the advent windows with each gift behind each day.
This Playmobil Advent Calendar 1.2.3 5497 has a lovely “Christmas in The Forest” theme and has twenty-four different items for each day of Advent.
The advent calendar is filled with lots of different toys such as a reindeer, sleigh, elf, Santa, Dog, Bunnies, Fox, Forest Animals, Angel and much more.
After you have opened up each door you can complete the woodland Christmas scene, so not only do kids get a fun advent calendar but they get to keep the items behind the door, making this last much longer than a chocolate one.
Overall we thought that Playmobil’s Christmas In The Forest Advent Calendar 123 5497 is a perfect alternative for kids to countdown to Christmas with.
