Curry’s and PC World has unveiled its top Christmas Tech Gift predictions for 2013.
Xbox One, PS4, iPad Mini and Google’s Nexus 7 Android tablet are among those to watch.
The selection – revealed on July 11th, features some of the brands predicted to make a big impact this year.
As you may have already guessed the fight is on as both Microsoft and PlayStation release a new console in November.
Microsoft’s Xbox One retailing at £429.99 took top spot on this years list, while the PS4, which will be around £100 cheaper than the Xbox one console, came in at second spot.
Other big names in the Christmas technology gifts list are Apple iPad, Nexus 7, Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, and Monster DNA On-Ear White Tuxedo Headphones
Currys and PC world have seen an uplift of around 344% in sales of tablet accessories and this category is expected to do well this Christmas. Other products tipped to do well over the festive season are coffee machines and standing mixers.
Last Christmas the firms predictions were correct, could this mean this year will be the same?
