Following the Mammoth success of the original Despicable Me film, comes Despicable Me 2. Not only has the film hit the top of the box office, it has broken the UK’s Box Office record for 2013!
Other huge blockbusters have been released in 2013, including Iron Man and Superman but none compare to the success of Despicable Me 2, which features the talented voice of Steve Carell. Raking in a whopping £14.8million thus far, many people will be wondering if there is to be a third movie, unfortunately, we can neither confirm or deny this, but like you, we loved Despicable Me and would gladly see more of it!
The original movie made £3.66million in its opening weekend, a stark contract to the success of the second film.
