Eastenders: A big reveal for the Carter family at Christmas

Danny Dyer revealed on the red carpet at the British Soap Awards, that his character Mick will discover the truth about Shirley being his mum over Christmas.

After Shirely went screaming into The Vic on Thursday nights episode declaring she was Mick’s mum, it looks like Christmas is going to be filled to the brim with exciting revelations.

Danny Dyer who was asked by RadioTimes on the red carpet, when Mick will learn about his parentage said: “I don’t know what my reaction is going to be, but I can guarantee I’ll have a Christmas hat on. Bit of turkey. Boom!”

Lucy’s murder, the Carter’s revelation and we can only hope Phil gets to do more shell shocked expressions, Christmas for the Square looks set to knock the stuffing out of soapland.
