Because your body is mostly composed of water, it makes sense that you need to get enough in order to function at your peak. Try to drink the standard 8 glasses a day to keep your brain and body in tip top shape.

Grab a handful of nuts: Weather its walnuts, cashews, peanuts or almonds as nuts can be one of the best sources for a quick burst of energy

Fish: Salmon is high in protein and its high concentration of omega-3 fats and B vitamins can boost your cardiovascular health

Orange Juice: Having a glass of orange juice in the morning is ideal and is extremely high in Vitamin C which helps you get the most iron out of other foods

Include Spinach In Your Salad: Spinach is a excellent source of iron, so include spinach in your salad at lunch
