Over christmas, our hair definitely feels the strain of partying as we spend hours making ourselves look festive and full of glamour. Katy jumped at the chance to review these and he is what she thought:
We definitely need a styler that will keep our hair feeling soft and undamaged aswell as doing the job of straightening or curling in no time… (less time getting glammed up means more time dancing to Christmas music and drinking Mulled Wine).
The Glamoriser Salon Results Black Diamond Oil Infused Plates are a glamorous deep purple colour and have slim curved plates.
The straightener is designed to reduce frizz thanks to the black diamond infused plates while the floating ceramic plates glide through your hair without pulling or snagging.
These have an auto shut off for security and peace of mind alongside a heat resistant bag and a 3m swivel cord.
UTCT’s Katy was more than happy to put these Glamoriser Stylers to the test and here is what she thought:

“For starters, I would be more than happy to find these under my Christmas Tree, I love how stylish these look without looking like they were designed for teenagers. They’re a deep purple ‘midnight’ type colour. They had heated up before I had the chance to even section my hair off and as soon as I got to work on straightening, I could tell instantly that my hair felt smoother than it would using my regular straightener. I think that’s thanks to the black diamond oil.
Once I had straightened all of my hair, I decided to take random pieces and test out the curved barrel by putting some curls throughout my hair. I love that you could achieve different types of curls depending on which way you moved the stylers or how much hair you use. Most importantly, I didn’t notice any snagging or pulling on my hair which was a relief because I always have this problem with other straighteners.
My curls lasted a good few hours before I noticed they had began to drop slightly (definitely enough time for a party!). I’m really impressed by these and think I might just keep them for myself. Call it a consolation prize for loosing the game!”
These are available at several retailers including Boots and cost around £89.99 but these are currently better than half price.
