The summer holidays are almost over and it’s nearly time to get that shiny new uniform on and pack the kids up for their first day back at school – and let’s not forget that quick snap before they go!
It’s a proud moment for any parent to see their child all smartly dressed up in their new uniform – whether it is their first day at school or they are simply returning into a new school year. To celebrate the start of the new term, school shoe expert Brantano is calling for parents to share their back to school photos to help raise money for charity as well as being in with a chance of winning free school shoes for a year.
Simply email your back to school photos to email@example.com and for every photo received Brantano will donate 10p to children’s charity Tommy’s, to help raise vital funds towards their lifesaving research into stillbirth, premature births and miscarriage.
Kitting the children out for school can soon add up and research by Brantano highlighted that, as the new school term approaches, the squeeze on household budgets is leaving 39% of parents in the hopeless position where they feel they are letting their children down when they can’t purchase the shoes they need.
In a bid to help parents with the cost of school uniforms, every photo submitted into the back to school competition will be shared in a special gallery on Facebook.com/BrantanoFootwear and also put into a grand prize draw. There are five prizes of free school shoes for a year to be won.
