Have Your Very Own Allotment – Indoors

September 9, 2015 by Under the Christmas Tree Leave a Comment

Have you ever wanted to grow your own herbs but don’t have the space in the garden? or do you live in a city and don’t have a garden? Then the Indoor Allotment could be the answer you’ve been looking for.

This indoor allotment has everything you’ll need to grow your very own herbs indoors.  Arriving in a large box with a picture of a mini allotment on the front, this is the perfect present for any gardening fan.  Inside there is a wooden shed and a white picket fence which surrounds three miniature plant pots with drainage for growing your herbs. The roof of the shed opens and the door swings open to reveal herb snips, 3 soil pellets and 3 packs of herbs – Coriander which contains on average 50 seeds, Basil containing on average 200 seeds and Oregano which contains on average 100 seeds.

After growing your own herbs you could use these while you are cooking, for example, adding some basil to your main meal on Christmas Day. If you’re hosting Christmas dinner for family and friends, you can show off as you tell them the herbs are all home grown. Place this on your windowsill so they can get all the sun and air they need to grow and let your neighbours see your homegrown herbs as they go past your home! Once you have grown these why not try growing some other herbs such as Mint, Parsley, Rosemary and more.

If you know someone who loves gardening this would make a very thoughtful Christmas gift. You can buy this Indoor Allotment at PrezzyBox What would you grow in your Indoor Allotment this festive season? Comment below and let us know.
