Hornby’s line up includes prototypes of the Olympic memorabilia lines.
Auctioning off some of their one off London 2012 memorabilia which it presented to LOCOG during the development of Olympic merchandise, the line up includes Destination London 2012 1:18 scale die cast taxis which worked on the road on the run up to the wonderful Games.
Hornby is auctioning a number of one off London 2012 memorabilia and prototypes which it presented to LOCOG during the development of Olympic merchandise.
The online auction will also include the first sample presented to LOCOG to propose the concept of Sporting Figurines within the Hornby licensing contract.
Sales and marketing director Nat Southworth at Hornby Hobbies said: “The London 2012 Games were an inspiration for many people across the world, and we hope that our fans enjoy owning these unique pieces of history.”
