Due to launch in August, Ikea will release its first ever range of doll’s house furniture.
The furniture, which will be based on some of Ikea’s top products, will feature a mini Klippan sofa, an Expedit storage unit, the Lack table, the PS Vago chair and Famnig heart cushion.
The miniature line will retail at around £12 and will come in printed and illustrated packaging that children can paint and cut out to create the perfect home for their furniture.
Nowadays children like to create homes for their toys that look remarkably like their own homes, complete with more modern furnishings and style.
Children’s Ikeas’s business leader, Carol McSeveney said “the Huset range takes some of the most popular products in our range and makes them available to everyone at pocket money prices”
So, whether Barbie needs a yoga mat or a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle somewhere to lounge after a hard day you will find furniture to grace any toy star home.
