So, what on earth are these 3P’s and how will they help me get party ready? Preparation! Pampering! and Party!
Start your beauty preparation as soon as you can so that you have loads of time to relax in a nice hot bath while the kids are at school and your other half out at work. There are loads of products around to help you relax as you soak, one of our favourites is Dead Sea Aromatherapy Bath Salts with Frankincense oil (how Christmassy will this make you feel?) and rose petals. Not only will this help you unwind, the container is so nice it’ll look great on the side of your bath. So turn the radio to your favourite station and let the heat of the bath and the relaxing smell of you bath salts help you enjoy some ‘me’ time.
If you’re a shower kinda gal who need a little uplift then take a look at the new Palmolive Ayurituel Shower Gel – Energy from Palmolive which contains Sandalwood and Ginger extracts to give you an uplifting experience.
Washing alone will not rehydrate your skin and as you want to look your best why not try a cellulose face mask. Who will you be kissing under the mistletoe this Christmas? Whoever that lucky person is you’ll want your skin to look it’s best close up and, nice though it is to indulge in mince pies, chocolate etc, it does nothing for our skin. This is the time to give your skin a Christmas treat, with some effective skincare to boost your skin’s smoothness and radiance, once again I was guinea pig (not that I’m complaining) and was given the Merumaya Pure Radiance Mask to try out. I found that it smoothed my complexion out and gave it a super glow (I’ve never looked so healthy), and as an added bonus it smells great.

Lavender is great for helping us relax and unwind and I regularly slip my lavender pillow from catherine green under my pillow at night and it helps me relax and wind letting me catch up with some much needed snooze time.
