Lego Lord of the Rings Uruk Hai 9471
Recreate the battle for Helm’s Deep scene from the Two Towers with the Lego Lord of the Rings Uruk Hair Army 9471. In the scene from the film, its the Uruk Hai have been sent to destroy Helms Deep and Rohan but the mighty fortress cannot be destroyed as it is so strong and was described by Grima as “the great fortress of Rohan” Between the strength of the fortress and the the strength of the army can they stop the Uruk Hai?
This lego 9471 set features the Helm’s Deep Fortess wall which measures 4″ (9cm), 5″ (13cm) wide and has a torch, detachable catapult, hook shooter (measures 4″, 10cm) and a green and gold flag.
The set also contains 6 minifigures, so lets take a closer look at them:
Éomer: This character was first introduced in the Two Towers film. He is the son of Théodwyn. he and his sister were adopted by Theodon. In this set he is wearing a grey with gold pattern helmet, a brown shirt which has a belt going around it and brown trousers. He is also wearing a green cloak.
Rohan soldier: This soldier is helping the rest of the army to destroy the Uruk Hai. He is wearing a green shirt and brown trouser and also has a brown belt.
Urah Hai: There are two of the the minifigures which are they same. The both have body armor one and have a helmet which covers their face. They can carry some of the weapons. They have brownish/reddish skin colour. The other uruk hai is the same as the two mentioned above looks the same but does not have on the body armor. The last of the minifigures in this set is has long black hair, brown/reddish skins and has white paint of his face. He looks quite angry (we wouldn’t want to get on the wrong side of him!)
The Lego Lord of the Rings Uruk Hai Army 9471 also has a giant cross bow which whill fire missiles and an array of weapons so that the Roham army can defend themselves and so the Uruk Hai can attack.
Overall we were impressed with this set, there is a lot of detail gone into creating this lego set and is a good representation of the scene from the film. The only thing we would possible of liked to have seen included is a few more minifigures such as a Theodon minifigure but with all of the other figures included we have more than enough!
