National Bread Week

National bread week will be starting from April 16th and will run through until the 22nd April.

We have national bread week to celebrate the ‘roll’ that bread plays as part of our diet. The week will help to promote nutritional benefits of bread and raise awareness of its part in a healthy balanced diet.

As we are now going on lots more days out with the family, we tend to make up a picnic and take it with us rather than
pay for lunch out as not only can it get quite costly but its much nicer to take your own food that you have made yourself, so to celebrate national bread week why not head off with healthy sandwiches or rolls in a picnic basket and go away for the day somewhere in your local area or somewhere around the UK!

What do you do for national bread week? Comment below and let us know.
