How will the new member of 1D fit in with the other 5 members and will his hair be restyled for the video?
Each member of One Direction has their own unique look, so how will the new member be styled?
Following predecessors Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, Prime Minister David Cameron is to take part in this year’s Comic Relief Appeal, as he joins top boy band One Direction on the video of their Comic Relief single.
David Cameron has a “cameo role” on the video joining the 1D boys’ version of Blondie’s One Way or Another and the Undertones’ Teenage Kicks.
Are we likely to see our, otherwise staid PM bustin’ a few moves? Probably not but it would certainly have been fun to watch.
The government have also waived the VAT on the single in recognition of what is described by a spokesman as “the special place Comic Relief held in the public’s affections and its outstanding work in tackling world poverty.”
The video which was shot during the boys world tour features scenes shot in Japan, Ghana and Downing Street, will premiere on ‘Let’s Dance for Comic Relief’ on Saturday night.
Will One Direction and the Prime Minister meet up again? Quite possibly as both David Cameron and Harry Styles have been nominated as villains of the year at this year’s NME awards.
