Raise A Glass This Christmas With Nederburg Winemaster’s Reserve 2012 Chardonnay

Christmas  means something different to  everyone and when it comes to toasting  the year’s great achievements and showing your appreciation for loved ones choosing the perfect wine to charge your glasses  is key – you don’t want any sour faces at the table! We were kindly sent this to review.

When Nederburg Winemaster’s Reserve 2012 Chardonnay arrived it not only looked luxurious but had everything you would want in a white wine.

Lemon green in colour, you can taste hints of grapes, lime, vanilla and melon which all blend in very well, however if you are not a fan of crisp wine this may not be the one for you.

This food-friendly white wine (it goes great with creamy cheese or fish dishes) is a well balanced wine and could be enjoyed for everyday pleasure.  Part of The Winemaster’s Reserve Collection, Nederburg 2012 Chardonnay was made in South Africa and has won several awards.  With an average price of around £6.99 in supermarkets such as Tesco you can easily afford to treat yourself to a few tipples over Christmas.

Overall UnderTheChristmasTree felt Nederburg Winemaster’s Reserve Chardonnay had a good full body and you could certainly taste the lime and melon.  A pleasurable everyday wine (like most Chardonnay’s) putting your feet up, or toasting friends and family just got a whole lot tastier!

You can buy this wine by the case (6 bottles in a case) from Tesco at around £53.
