Gary Barlow along with Andrew Lloyd Webber has written a song for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
Called simply “SING” the track features musicians from across the Commonwealth and the Military Wives choir.
Gary said “”We went on a journey with this record, meeting and recording with some beautifully talented singers and musicians,”
Take That star Gary Barlow, travelled to Australia, Kenya, Jamaica and the Solomon Islands gathering together 210 musicians for his song with Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber.
While he was across in Jamaica, Gary met up with Price Harry who played the tambourine which was added to the track.
“Sing” was recorded around the world and Gary Barlow said that the idea partly came from Prince Charles who told him “If you really want the Queen to like this, find people, go and travel and find people” – and that’s exactly what he did.
