    oh we love pumpkin seeds sesame seeds some hazelnuts and dried banana chips i always carry a tub of them around as we never know when someone gets hugary

    i always put some fresh fruit in my sons lunchbox he especially loves strawberries. he also likes to have a kiwi fruit i cut the top off it and he eats it with a spoon like a boiled egg.
