    Dried cranberries and sliced watermelon. Not only are the dried cranberries great for picking at on their breaks but are often said to ward of colds and flu! No more sniffles.

    i always put some fresh fruit in my sons lunchbox he especially loves strawberries. he also likes to have a kiwi fruit i cut the top off it and he eats it with a spoon like a boiled egg.
