Who thought something so cheesy could be so classy? The Cheese board have released a selection of cheese containers that are porcelain and look every inch good enough for the queen to use. We were kindly sent these to review.
Practical and decorative, these dishes can be used to store cold cheese in the fridge or can be used to bake cheese by covering and baking in the oven.
We were sent two dishes to take a look at – the Camembert Baker and the Goats Cheese Baker. Both are made of fine porcelain and could easily be used as an ornamental feature.
The boxes themselves look wooden and show a picture of what the contents inside look like. The pictures on the front show some greenery with a Cheese on the front.
We were impressed with just how fine and decorative these actually are. Inside each dish is a leaflet detailing a few recipe’s to include the chosen cheese including Camembert with Garlic, Mustard and Honey and Baked Goats Cheese with Cranberries and Pistachios which both sound delicious.
As we mentioned before, you can bake your cheese using these dishes – simply pop your cheese inside the dish and bake until you’re happy!
These are truly lovely dishes and will look fantastic over Christmas to place on the table when eating cheese and biscuits or for more practical uses like baking the cheese itself.
This was designed by and is available at BIA Corden Bleu Bakeware.
