It’s official! The first ever female Lego Scientist minifigure is now available! Lego recently unveiled their eleventh minifigure range which features the delightful Professor C. Bodin.
Lego have now released eleven ranges of minifigures since the mid 70’s and for some reason unknown to us all, Lego have mainly released male Lego STEM minifigures. In fact Professor C Bodin is the first female STEM minifigure to be released since 2002 when Lego released the first female astronaut.
The Biography for Professor C. Bodin says she;- “won the coveted Nobrick Prize for her discovery of the theoretical System/DUPLO® Interface.”.
The new range of minifigures also features a ‘Lady Robot’ who according to her bio, ‘just loves to party’! Also included in the 11th minifigure range is a holiday elf, jazz musician and much more.
There are 16 minifigures to be released in total, which will come in a sealed ‘mystery’ bag which will also include a collectors leaflet, display plate and accessories.
