Bono chatted openly with Tony Felton in an exclusive interview which he gave prior to the DJ’s death last March.

During the interview, Bono chatted openly about the band’s upcoming tour, including details of Irish shows this Christmas, and spills the beans on previous tours, revealing his favourite tour, the highs and lows of being on the road and why he was whacked on the head with a hairdryer.

According to the Irish Times, U2 have booked 68 concerts to date, starting in Vancouver next month and ending in France in November. As yet no dates for the Dublin concerts have been announced.

The shows, which will be part of the bands Innocence and Experience tour 2015, will take place in Dublin’s 3Arena in December 2015. It is rumored that U2 will announce the three tour dates for Dublin’s 3Arena next week.
