Firstly who or what is BB-8? Fans of Star Wars will already be screaming the answer at their computer wondering why everyone doesn’t already know that BB-8 is Star Wars new droid.
BB-8 will star in the latest Star Wars movie – The Force Awakens, which is due to hit the big screen in the UK on 18th December, 2015 and the good news is that you should be able to by a BB-8 of your own for Christmas.
Prices for the Granny Smith apple sized BB-8 toy, from Sphero, haven’t been released yet but we’re guessing it’ll be around the £100+ mark.
How can you get your hands on a BB-8 Toy?
Hop on over to a holding page on the Sphero website, and you’ll be greeted by a caption which says ‘This is the droid you’re looking for’. Simply join the BB-8 mailing list and you will get the response ‘May the Force be with you’.
