Will You Be Wearing One On December 14th?

A number of British celebrities have gotten into the spirit of Christmas and it’s for a new festive fundraising campaign for Save the Children.

Celebrities such as Myleene Glass, Erin O’Conner, Lisa Snowden, Mark Wright, Ashely Jenson, Lauren Laverne, Jon Snow, Vicky McClure, Ben Forster, Alice Steadman and VV Brown have taken part in a festive photo shoot wearing the jumpers that they will be wearing on Christmas Jumper Day on December 14, to mark their support for the campaign.

Across the country, people are being invited to take part in the British tradition of wearing one of these Christmas jumpers on the day in exchange for a £1 donation, helping ‘make the world better with a sweater’

“Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day is the perfect excuse to wear your festive woolly with pride, whilst helping to save children’s lives. I’ve visited Save the Children’s work in Bangladesh so know just how far your donated £1 can go. I’ll be buying crazy knits for my friends and family to ensure they are all taking part on December 14th” – Myleene Klass.

“On December 14th I’ll be wearing my favourite Christmas sweater in aid of Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day.” – TV presenter Mark Wright
