The Great British Bake Off inspired me to sell cupcakes last year at local fairs on Bonfire Night and in the lead up til Christmas. I was able to supply happy customers with unique gifts and yummy treats! I also had a go at making my own giant meringue shells!

I have made Gingerbread men for the children. They enjoyed them so much that we made the next batch together. I am now reminded that I need to add baking ingredients to my shopping list. We are now finding recipes for different types of cakes. We are having great fun baking together.
