According to new a new survey by Divorce-Online.co.uk there has been an increase of over 20per cent in DIY divorces after Government withdrew legal aid.
According to the leading online divorce website the biggest rise in sales were forms in which the user fill in by the user and then filed by them at court using court exemption forms.

With the withdrawal of legal aid having a significant impact on the do it yourself divorces it seems the majority of cases are taking to the internet to see what other options they have.
Quicker?, simpler? or simply just more cost effective? all of these could potentially be part of the reason for more online divorces.
