The British Rail Class 105 DMUs were built by Cravens Ltd. of Sheffield between 1956 and 1959.
The steel constructed train had bodyside profiles identical to MK I Stock, with the exact same windows and doors being used. The most unique part of the train is the front, with two large windows for excellent forward vision for both the driver and the passengers on board.
Throughout it’s prime, the Class 105 DMU toured from southern England through to the peaks of northern Scotland.
