1 medium banana
4 tbsp peanut or almond butter
4 tbsp maple syrup
30g coconut flour
1 tbsp Bioglan Superfoods Digestive Boost
How to make:
1. Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth, then add in the nut butter and maple syrup and stir well.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut flour and Superfoods DigestiveBoost. Add the wet ingredients into the powder and mix well until combined.
3. Divide the mixture into 12 and roll into balls using the palms of your hands. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and enjoy!
