Aardman and Netflix announce festive short-film, Robin Robin plus a further TWO picture books are also coming out, here’s everything you’ll need to know.

This Christmas get ready for the ultimate yule-tide magical adventure as a bird raised by mice starts to feel out of place in her mouse family, determined, Robin, sets off on a daring journey of self-discovery, however in the end she discovers that she is perfect just the way she is.

The 30-minute long animated film is set to be one of this year biggest Christmas hits, especially with this stellar cast line-up – Golden Globe® winner Gillian Anderson, playing the role of Cat, the villain of the story, Oscar® nominee Richard E. Grant, who will voice Magpie, an obsessive collector of shiny ‘stuff’ leading the cast and finally Bronte Carmichael who will take on the leading role of Robin.

Plus, if you can’t wait until the mini-movie arrives on Netflix, you can already pre-order both picture books which will be available later in the year.

The first title, a picture book, written by Ojari and Please with illustrations by Briony May Smith, will be published by the Two Hoots from 14th October 2021 which you can pre-order now.
