Air fryers are becoming a part of our everyday life, making cooking not only healthier but also easier and quicker especially at Christmas time. We were kindly sent the Salter Dual Fuzion Air Fryer to review, here’s our thoughts.
“We’re always looking for new gadgets and products to help make life a little bit easier, especially at Christmas time when there is so much going on. When Salter kindly gifted us the Fuzion Dual Air Fryer, we were keen to give this a try and see all of the features this air fryer had to offer.
When taking the Salter Fuzion Air Fryer out of the box, it had a sleek design, with two compartments so we could either air fry two different foods or use it to cook a large amount of the same type of food and a digital screen, it was not overly heavy and could easily be placed in the kitchen and not look out of place.
As mentioned, the drawers can be used as two separate drawers or you can use it as one bigger drawer just by simply removing the divider. The controls on the front are easy to use and you can control each section separately if you are cooking two different types of food. The Salter Fuzion is not overly noisy and does heat up quickly, both of these combined make cooking easier and much more efficient.
The drawers are non-stick but we always like to put a very light spray of oil onto anything we are cooking to give it a nice crispy finish to things like chips/fries or at Christmas time, brussel sprouts, carrots, and parsnips.
Once we had started using the Salter Fuzion Air Fryer, we were impressed with just how easy it was to set up, and putting in two different types of food to cook was such a time saver, both the carrots and the Brussel sprouts which could hold quite a lot as this is a 7-liter air fryer, cooked at different temperatures for different amounts of time and we have to say, the both cooked perfectly and there was no pots to watch on the hob or loads of dishes to clean – a real time saver, especially over the festive period.
Overall we were very impressed with the Salter Dual Fuzion Air Fryer, it cooks food perfectly and with the two-drawer/removable divider is a real-time saver as you can cook more food at once – great if your trying to make Christmas dinner without spending all of your time in the kitchen.”
