Will You Be “Stressmas” Free this Winter?
Will your Christmas troubles be out of sight or does the thought of darker nights and xmas planning put your stress levels through the chimney? According to The Sleep Council a whopping 14% of the UK will be as stressed as Santa making his naughty and nice list this winter.

The survey conducted by The Sleep Council as part of its Stresstember campaign found that once the darker nights in October start to draw in, stress levels start to increase and by the Christmas run up, it has more than doubled to 14 per cent, with December being the most stressful month of all, making it not so Merry for a lot of families!
What is making us more Grinch than jolly? according to the results found, darker nights making the day seem shorter, busier days with work commitments getting on top of people and the run up to Christmas with planning and preparation to be organized all play a major factor.
Coming as no surprise, The Sleep Council found that over 70% of those questioned, blamed stress for bad sleeping problems – maybe an extra hot chocolate before bed would help? or are we just looking for an excuse for another!
