Summer may be in full swing, but our eyes are firmly on winter as we anticipate the seasonal collections brands are preparing to unveil. From baubles to Christmas trees, we can’t wait to see how we’ll be decorating our home this Christmas.

And we have an exclusive interview with home and lifestyle brand IvyLine, all about last year’s festive campaign, and we are also lucky enough to get a huge sneak peek at what to expect from this year’s stunning collections.

How was Christmas 2024 for Ivyline — any standout moments or wins you’re especially proud of?

Christmas 2024 was truly magical for all of us at Ivyline. As we counted down the days, the excitement to share our new collections with you was just like Christmas morning! Launching them into the world and seeing them become part of your festive homes is always incredibly special.

Your photos — from glowing hearths adorned with our fireside accessories, beautifully dressed tables centred around our candle holders, to Christmas trees with our tree skirts peaking behind beautifully wrapped presents — will always bring so much joy. Knowing our pieces helped create memories with your loved ones means everything.

And thanks to your continued support, we celebrated our most successful festive season yet, with record-breaking online sales across our website and online retailers. It was a season to remember and brought us so much inspiration for our 2025 collections…

Was there a particular product that flew off the shelves faster than expected? Any surprise bestsellers?

Key highlights from 2024 showcased a perfect blend of festive charm and timeless elegance. The beautifully hand-crafted Christmas Tree Skirts continue to be a firm favourite for our customers, adding a luxurious finishing touch to their Christmas décor.

Tree skirts are a great way of hiding unsightly tree stands, plugs and wires, plus many of them are foldable, meaning they handily fold away, making them particularly easy to store after the festive period.

Another favourite was our collection of rustic yet stylish Rattan Wreaths. Popular for their natural appeal and versatility across the seasons, our wreaths are made from sustainably sourced rattan plus are lightweight, making them easy to display on doors and walls.
A surprise bestseller for us was our striking, hand-finished Juniper Glass Trees. Perfect for adorning fireplaces, tablescapes and entryways, these festive tree-shaped decorations look elegant and regal in any room décor. We love to mix and match colours and sizes to create a magical glass forest!

Looking back at last year, what did you learn from customer feedback or sales trends that’s helped shape your 2025 range?

For 2025, we looked at our best-selling lines and have extended them to include new designs and finishes for customers to complete the set.

Our Padstow and Harvey collections of candle holders and candle plates are now available in two lantern designs, which can be mixed and matched to create a cohesive look to your home décor – both made from sustainably sourced wood!

Our top-selling Hammered Metal Bowls have been given an upgrade to our new Felix Hammered Metal Planters. Available in silver, gold and bronze finishes, these planters are the perfect way to introduce some festive shimmer and showcase your houseplants throughout the year.

What can buyers expect from Ivyline’s 2025 Christmas collection in terms of new themes or standout products?

Embracing the magic of the season, the new Christmas collection for 2025 is set to be a curated blend of elegance and style.

Advent calendars are a wonderful way to start the countdown to the big day. As much as we love a chocolate one, we love our collection of advent calendars that can be kept to make memories for years to come, and can be passed down through the generations.

An Ivyline team favourite is the Wooden Advent Candle Holder with a hand-finished mango wood base. Featuring metal accessories that can be moved and swapped to create your own scene and with hand-finished details, it exudes rustic charm.

Are there any new Christmas trends you’re loving this year, and are they making an appearance in your range?
