Sky announces Christmas comedy Tinsel Town with Kiefer Sutherland and Rebel Wilson

Coming Christmas 2025 to Sky Cinema, Tinsel Town is set to be the festive comedy you’ll want to watch every year! Here’s everything we know so far…

Festive February has just gotten even more well festive as Sky unveils a brand new comedy movie which is set to have us all belly laughing this Christmas.

Filming at locations across the North of England and at Leeds’ Versa Studios, the new movie will see actor Kiefer Sutherland and actress, writer and producer Rebel Wilson heading on an unforgettable, heartwarming journey of second chances, surprising friendships, and festive magic in this hilarious Christmas comedy.

What Will Sky Original – Tinsel Town be about?

Hollywood action star Bradley Mack (Kiefer Sutherland) is on top of the world—until his iconic franchise is axed. With his career spiraling, he heads to England to reinvent himself on the West End… or so he thinks. Instead, his agent dumps him in a quirky, snow-covered village to star in the town’s chaotic Cinderella production. As he stumbles through rehearsals with an oddball cast, he clashes—and connects—with no-nonsense choreographer Jill (Rebel Wilson). What begins as a career catastrophe just might turn into the fresh start he never saw coming.
