Top Techy Treats this Christmas

As Curry’s and PC World reveal what they think will be this year’s top technology gifts for Christmas we wonder if you will be snapping up some of these in time for Christmas.

It is thought that we will all be focusing on our health and fitness this year and this trend reflects highly on their list, with portability being the key word.

As we all have busy lives portable technology which allows us to do things remotely and conveniently is the way to go and wearable technology is high on their list.

Top of their list is the new Samsung Gear Fit which looks just like a slim wristwatch but which can track your fitness goals as well as allowing you to keep up with your emails and text messages.

It would appear that fitness trackers are going to be hugely popular as we show more interest in our health with the Fitbit Force, Garmin Forerunner 15, and the new Motorola Moto 360 featuring strongly.

To be healthy on the outside we also have to be healthy on the inside and Curry’s and PC World predict that many of us will be hoping Santa leaves a NutriBullet, (a blender and juicer that breaks down foods into a juice or smoothie mix) or a Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer under the christmas tree this year.

As always home entertainment features strongly and if your searching for a joint gift for Christmas then the multi-room audio system from Sonos, or Google Chromecast, which allows consumers to stream media from their smartphone, tablet or computer onto their TV could be an ideal choice.

Techy gifts are always popular and we know many who’d love to find a GoPro camera or an Apple iPad Mini in their Christmas stocking.
