Christmas Gift Review 2023: Yankee Candle Bright Light’s Advent Book & Advent Wreath
All will be bright, calm and exceedingly cosy as Yankee Candle releases its Bright Light’s Advent Calendar collection and here we share our thoughts…

Let’s face it, nothing beats snuggling up on the sofa watching your favourite festive flick whilst your Christmas tree sparkles in the night and your room is filled with the scents of the season.
With that being said, this is only one of the reasons we love it when Advent Calendar season comes around because we just know Yankee is bound to release a few crackers to choose from.
And this year, we’ve certainly not been disappointed, back again are both the Bright Lights Advent Book and Advent Wreath with a brand new gorgeous design.

Beginning with this year’s Bright Lights Advent Wreath which has stunning winter night designs adorned with sparkling constellations, enchanting winter scenes, and captivating jewel tones, making you feel as though you’re truly walking on a winter’s night.
Includes 3 tealight Christmas candles in a selection of fragrances including favourites, Christmas Eve, Twinkling Lights and Christmas Cookie and will cost £27.99. As you pop open each door of the wreath (if you can bring yourself to do as it looks so gorgeous) you’ll be presented with a candle to remind you of the festive memories you have.

Next up is the Bright Lights Advent Book, Again you cannot say Yankee Candle has scrimped on its design as this would make a decoration all on its own.
We loved its unique design which was adorned with beautiful winter scapes and snowfall scenes all on a deep red background.
Opened up like a very large book, and like last year you didn’t need to go near the bow to open it as it’s held closed with an elasticated band, with a bow attached.

You were immediately immersed in a festive ambience, carried away by the delightful aromas that filled the air. The days are easy (and usually quick) to find. Gently pushing apart the windows, we noticed their durability – a trait that many advent calendars often lack, as they tend to rip or tear easily.

Each day you will receive 1 Tea Light Candle, This could be Letters to Santa, Silver Sage & Pine, Twinkling Lights or one of many that are hidden behind each window – we won’t name them all as that’s all part of the anticipation of counting down the days.
Overall, we can’t wait to start opening up every single window of these advent calendars…we probably won’t wait until December either.
You can buy both the Bright Lights Advent Wreat (£27.99) and Advent Book (£49.99) at Yankee’s official website here.
