Waitrose has officially launched its 2025 Christmas food range, unveiling 665 products, including 267 brand-new creations – a nearly 50% leap in innovation compared to last year. With festive searches on Waitrose.com surging by over 500%, it’s clear that customers are already planning their seasonal menus.

From high-welfare British meats to inventive fish dishes, Waitrose is delivering bold flavours and visual drama. Highlights include the No.1 Free Range Turkey Bauble, Slow Cooked British Beef Shin, and a Sweet-Cured Gammon with Black Cherry Glaze.

Waitrose introduces a first-to-market Stuffed Scottish Salmon with prawns and salsa verde, alongside a buttery Salmon Wellington.
