A first look at Dobbies Graden Center’s 5 key Christmas themes for 2024.
July (and Christmas in July) is here and we’re not going to lie, with this weather, we’re so ready to forget Summer and get the Christmas tree and decorations up and it seems we’re not the only ones with festive feels on our minds.
As a handful of UK retailers including Dobbies Garden Center have just given us a very early sneak peek at what’s to come this Christmas and it’s one heck of a sleigh-tastic collection.
For 2024, Dobbies has revealed five new decorating trends – A Festive Tale, Classic Noel, Magical Woodland, Snow & Sparkles and Colour Pop.
Speaking about the new themes, Dobbies Garden Centres’ Christmas Buyer, Anna Service, commented: “This Christmas, our themes are here to inspire you to embrace the joy of the festive season, with collections that will evoke memories of Christmases past and excite you for this year’s celebrations. Whether you’re looking to add a touch of cheer with classic Christmas characters, give traditional décor a modern upgrade, or embrace the beauty and wonder of the outdoors with natural foraged elements, we have something for every style.“
Here are Dobbies Top Five Trends for 2024:
A Festive Tale
A traditional, joyful theme, with a nod to Scandi simplicity bringing in a modern update. Think green foliage and a colour pallet of green and reds.
Classic Noel
Just as you would expect traditional all the way! with rich tones of plum, red and a host of fun sequins.
Magical Woodland
Embracing the beauty of the outdoors, and cosy moments tucked up around the fire.
Snow & Sparkles
Silver, white, and iridescent tones create a snowy effect, with glittering beads and sequins giving the theme a frosted look and feel.
Colour Pop
Fun, vibrant, and packed full of novelty baubles and decorations.
Now that Dobbies is leading the way for early releases we can’t wait to prepare for a Christmas full of laughter, new decorations and of course a host of new traditions.
