Shop the John Lewis Christmas Advert 2026: Pickles, the Gran Cave and Gloria’s Gorgeous Wardrobe

Kristin Scott Thomas, a talking wooden dog and a secret disco den. Here’s how to bring a little bit of Gloria and Pickles home this Christmas.
Shop the John Lewis Christmas advert 2026, and you’ll have the chicest Christmas on the street. We’ve watched Gloria and Pickles more times than we’d like to admit. And every single time, we’ve wanted to hit pause and go shopping.
The good news? Practically everything in the ad is available at John Lewis. From Gloria’s elegant wardrobe to every twinkly corner of the Gran Cave, it’s all there. So we’ve rounded up our favourite finds, starting with the star of the show himself.
Quick recap: what happens in Gloria and Pickles?
It’s Christmas Eve, and Gloria (Dame Kristin Scott Thomas) is getting ready for her daughter’s family to arrive. When her grandchildren, Freddie and Maggie, seem more interested in lunch than her old toys, she gives up and pops cash in their Christmas cards.
That’s when Pickles, her childhood pull-along dog, springs to life. Voiced by Paul Whitehouse, he tells her firmly, “You can do better than cash”, and drags her across London in a TukTuk on a last-minute gifting mission. On Christmas morning, the cards are empty. Instead, Gloria holds up a key and unlocks the Gran Cave, a sparkling den of disco balls, lights and music. We’d move in tomorrow.

Fisher-Price Classics Little Snoopy Pull-Along Toy – £12.99

Let’s start with the scene-stealer. Pickles is a Fisher-Price Little Snoopy, a classic wooden pull-along that John Lewis has sold for 60 years. Snap him up for little ones, or for the grown-up who had one the first time round. Either way, expect happy tears on Christmas morning.

This one gives us goosebumps. A golden heart key feels like a lovely little nod to Gloria’s big reveal. Hang it on the tree, or tie it to a gift for someone special.

And the soundtrack
Sam Fender, You Can’t Always Get What You Want (7″ Vinyl) – £14.99
Sam Fender’s cover of the Rolling Stones classic soundtracks the whole ad, and it’s lovely. Even better, John Lewis is donating all its profits from each record sold to Action for Children. Pop it on the turntable above and your Gran Cave is complete.
Our verdict
We came for Pickles and stayed for the Gran Cave. Gloria and Pickles is one of the most shoppable John Lewis adverts in years, with something for every person on your list. Most importantly, it’s a lovely reminder to put a little thought into giving this year. Don’t give up on giving, as Pickles would say. Now, if you’ll excuse us, we have a disco ball to hang.
