How To Keep The Christmas Spirit Alive In January
We know, we know, Christmas is finished for another year. However, if you’re at all like us, then you’ll be only too happy to keep the Christmas spirit alive in January which is why we’ve thought of a few ways to do just that. You can thank us later…

All the Christmas decorations you had your eye on in 2015 are now half price or less, making January the best time to buy your decorations for 2016. Now, where can we get our hands on a 7ft dancing Santa…?
- Shopping!
Christmas as we all know can be an expensive time of year, but thankfully the January sales are all on and everything from Christmas jumpers to personalised Photo albums are all reduced in price which means we can indulge in some post Christmas shopping for this years upcoming festivities! (It also means that come Christmas 2016, we have a bit of extra cash to spend on that Christmas Day outfit…)
- TV
Whilst regular TV viewing has resumed (Boo!!!) a lot of Christmas specials are still available to download and watch on catch up services, meaning you can watch all of your favourite festive shows throughout January.
- The Weather
Much of Scotland have experienced some wintry weather in January, so if you’re lucky enough to be living in a snowy winter wonderland, grab your hat and scarf and get building a snowman! it’s important to make the most of the snow whilst it’s here!
- If all else fails…
Head to the cupboard and drown your sorrows in left over mince pies and boxes of biscuits whilst you listen to Slade and wear your Christmas jumper. Yup, this is our preferred option too…
