Christmas Return for the Tardis

Doctor Who fans, who feel like they’ve been waiting forever, will be relieved to hear that filming of the new series is about to begin.

This time around Peter Capaldi will be joined by Pearl Mackie who replaces Jenna Coleman as the Doctor’s sidekick.

While speaking at Awesome Con in Washington Peter Capaldi apparently let it slip that we may not have seen the last of Jenna Coleman as he said “I’m not sure how successfully Clara was able to wipe his mind,” adding “I just… I was about to tell you something I can’t tell you.”

Will we see the Jenna Coleman in a cameo role in the new series of Doctor Who? We’ll have to wait until December for the Christmas special, with the new series following in 2017 to find out.
