Braun’s brand new epilator removes 4 x shorter hair than waxing and is the perfect accessory to get ready for the party season. We were kindly sent us the Braun Silk-epil 9 Skin Spa 4 in 1 epilation, exfoliation and massage system and Elaine from our team couldn’t wait to take a look at the contents.

This fantastic wet and dry epilator comes complete with 2 exfoliation brushes and a deep massage pad and comes with 12 extras including:

• Green deep massage pad
• Blue exfoliation brush
• Purple gentle exfoliating brush
• 2 hygiene caps, shaver head, trimmer cap, high frequency massage cap, skin contact cap, facial cap, beauty pouch and stand

A big plus is that it can be used in the bath or shower for both wet and dry epilation and removes more hair in one stroke. With 2 speed settings this multi-tasker features cordless usage, the only downside being that it only charges via a 2-pin plug.  Charging time is around 1 hour for around 40 minutes usage – rechargeable battery included.

In addition the set also includes a shaver head and trimmer cap, 2 brushes for deep body exfoliation and a deep massage pad for improved skin tone. Featuring a 40% wider head and the SmartLight feature which I really liked, Braun’s MicroGrip Tweezer technology successfully removes really short hairs giving up to 4 weeks of super smooth results.
