Christmas Gift Review 2018: Buttermilk Countdown To Christmas Advent Calendar

As if the countdown to Christmas isn’t exciting enough, now we have fudge to look forward to eating every single day in December thanks to the Buttermilk Countdown To Christmas Advent Calendar.

Buttermilk are known for making delicious fudge, and now, they have released their very own ‘Countdown to Christmas’ Advent Calendar.

We announced earlier in the year that Buttermilk have released new flavours to their range. You can expect to find them in the advent calendar as it’s flavours includes:

• Mince Pie
• Rum Hot Chocolate
• Gingerbread
• Caramel Sea Salt Bar

The advent calendar is a matte navy blue and is adorned with festive colours and yule-tide illustrations for each of the 25 days. Priced at £14.99, this is a decadent advent calendar.

If you’re anything like us, you’ll open your advent calendar each day with an accompanying cup of hot chocolate which really makes us take some much needed ‘me time’ each day to appreciate the festive season while it’s with us.

Seeing as there are 25 delicious treats in the calendar, there were enough for everyone at the UTCT offices to try one or two each, even though Katy did want to keep them all for herself – we saw you hiding it behind one of the Christmas tree’s Katy!

Normally when there are a few varieties, some flavours would suit certain tastes and not others, but so far, after NUMEROUS testings, we can confirm that all four flavours are delicious. Rum Hot Chocolate was the firm favourite in the offices, with Mince Pie a close second.

Katy said: “I’m already looking at buying one ‘to Me, from Me’ for December. Everything is delicious and is luxurious enough to make me take some time out of my day to properly enjoy it. Roll on December 1st!”
