Marks and Spencer STEAL this Christmas classic for Easter

Could Easter get any more like Christmas, apparently YES! as Marks & Spencer launch its “best ever yet” trifle – YES TRIFLE the multi-layered festive classic!

This is NO trifling matter.

OK we know trifle doesn’t JUST belong to Christmas however it surely just can’t be us who’s noticed Easter creeping in on all of our festive goodies? and now just when we thought it may have started to calm down, Marks and Spencer releases the Trifle to rival all Trifles in time for Easter.

Launching April 3rd and called “OUR BEST EVER TRIFLE” will be £5 and made with Madagascan vanilla thick-set custard, double cream, a light sponge and bursting with fruit, with M&S promising this to become the best-selling dessert of all time – yeah, well, they haven’t tasted OUR sherry version.

Dan Fletcher, M&S dessert developer says: “Everyone loves a trifle. It’s the ideal family dessert that’s loved by both kids and grown-ups and has never gone out of fashion. It’s rarely shifted from being in our top three puds but we’re expecting even greater things now and are hoping to see it top the charts!”

We’re obviously going to try the new trifle, you know just for research purposes of course!
