“Let’s face it -who didn’t look out of their bedroom window every night to see if they could find the man in the moon? I certainly did!

This is so different from other toys and games and I think that it’s a brilliant way to get kids interested in space.  I’m sure any kids over 6 would love to find ‘My Very Own Moon’ under their Christmas tree on Christmas morning.

Even as an adult I found this informative, but for younger children, it’s also easy to use thanks to it’s automatic scroll. I could easily hang this on my wall and it honestly looked like the moonlight was shining, it was incredible. There were 12 different illuminated lunar phrases which I thought was very educational, especially for children. Using the manual function I could set my own moon and it did look just like a new moon!

It’s also ideal for those of you who have children who may forget to switch the device off (Let’s be honest, even us adults do it!), as this has an auto shut off mechanism to preserve the battery life.

One of the other features I liked was the fact that I could go online and enter a secret code which is in the pack to access even more information about the moon online. There was tons of fun facts and I learned quite a few things that I didn’t know.

I really enjoyed following the phases of the moon using the remote controlled illuminated moon light. It was so relaxing, I was almost fast asleep myself.

Overall I thought this was definitely a great idea for those of you whose children are too excited to sleep over the festive period. I’m a fan!”
