Christmas Gift Review 2019: Love From Santa Hamper

Who doesn’t love to receive a hamper at Christmas? Virgina Haywards, ‘Love From Santa’ is packed full of festive treats. We were kindly sent this to review, here’s what Elaine from our team thought.

Elaine said: “Firstly I have to say I absolutely loved the way this hamper was delivered, it came in a beautiful red hessian bag and was tied at the top. When I opened up the bag I was greeted with lots of tasty treats including Christmas nuts, Mince Pie Fudge, Chocolate Brownie Biscuits, Gouda & Chilli Biscuits, Mince Pies, Chocolate Cracker and a lovely bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon red wine.

I happily tried each of these treats and have to say I fell in love with them all but my favourites had to be the Mince Pie fudge which was just so creamy and packed full of flavour. I also really enjoyed the Gouda & Chilli Biscuits, these were not spicy and the Gouda really worked well with the chilli. The Cabernet Sauvignon was full bodied and I could taste notes of plums and blackberry which I thought went very nicely with the Gouda & Chilli crackers.

Overall I was impressed with all of the tasty, festive treats in the ‘Love From Santa’ hamper and really liked the fact that once I was finished I could reuse the hamper bag.”
