Celebrate A Christmas Gone Past With Historic Newspapers

Step back into history this Christmas when you give the gift of days gone past. Watch a family or friend unwrap and read all about historical events happening in the World on the day they were born with Historic Newspapers. We were kindly sent this to review.

We were kindly sent a stunning ‘Remember When’ Birthday Edition book from Historic Newspapers to review. Firstly the packaging was brilliant as the book arrived in a long cardboard box so it didn’t bend on delivery. We opted for a dark green hardback edition which looked outstanding especially as it had embossed gold lettering on the front.
Giving off a ‘This Is Your Life’ feel we were surprised Michael Aspel wasn’t here to present us with the book. As Historic Newspapers have the UK’s largest archive of original newspapers, dating back over two hundred years, we knew the information inside was going to be factual, fun and very interesting.

Reading through we couldn’t believe just how many moments we had forgotten about including when the Daily Mirror choose the Queen as Women of the year in 1953! These books make the ultimate gift, not only can personalise with name and occasion you can also choose from lots of gift Pack options, including gift boxes, presentation folders, bound leatherette books and a selection of frames.

We know exactly what Christmas reading we’ll be doing!
