Chicago Town builds 25ft pizza-themed Christmas tree

The UK’s takeaway capital, Birmingham, awoke to a Chicago Town 25-ft pizza-themed Christmas tree to mark the launch of its new savings calculator.

Chicago Town has launched its new online calculator where it can save UK takeaway fans over £100 in the five weeks leading up to Christmas!

To celebrate? of course, the brand went for more than just a slice of fun but erected a huge 25ft real pizza-themed tree.

The calculator adds up potential pizza savings, based on how many times a week you order pizza, and how many people you’re feeding and according to new research half of Brits admit to spending more money over the festive period than the rest of the year, so this could be a handy tool.

Now, we’re certainly partial to a pizza or two especially when Christmas to-do lists are underway, and it seems 31% feel the same as the research taking by Chicago Town name being busier than ever the reason we spend more on takeaways.

Chicago Town spokesperson Rachel Bradshaw said: “We’re really pleased to share our calculator with the nation. It shows a simple switch to our Stuffed Crust Takeaway pizzas with frozen fresh dough, cooked for the first time in your oven, for that unrivalled pizza taste, could give you more money to spend on presents or to do the things you love at Christmas.
