Christmas Gift Review 2019: Evolve Skins Icons Organic Beauty Collection

Mandy said:”When the new Skin Icon’s organic gift set arrived in the office, I was instantly impressed with the presentation box that it arrived in. The box was purple and had a beautiful gold pattern all over the box which just looked so stylish. When I opened the box I was greeted with three different products, all of which are vegan, cruelty free and made from organic ingredients which is a huge plus point for me. I tried each of the skincare items individually, so first up was the Daily Renew Facial Cream.

When I opened up the tub, the cream had a fairly thick texture to it and I could smell coconut. So I took some of the cream and gently massaged this into my face and neck, and I will say that a little goes a long way. The cream didn’t feel sticky or heavy on my skin and the scent didn’t over-power or irritate my face. My face felt really soft and hydrated.

Next up was the Hyaluronic Serum which came in a bottle with an easy to dispense pump. The serum was clear and to be honest I couldn’t really smell much scent, again this is a great feature as I don’t want anything to irritate my skin or to be over-fragrance. The serum was applied over my face and neck after I had cleansed and there was no sticky feeling to it, my skin felt hydrated and awake.

Finally I gave the Hyaluronuc Eye Complex a try. The bottle had a roll-ball on the top which was great for an easy application and the size of the bottle made it ideal to pop into my handbag so I could take it everywhere with me. The roller-ball also gives your eye a sort of little massage too! The Hyaluronic Eye Complex was nice and cool on my skin and it helped to reduce puffiness, ideal over the party season. My eye’s felt awake and again the scent wasn’t too strong so it didn’t irritate my eyes.

Overall I loved all three of the Evolve Skin Icons Collection Organic Beauty gift set, my favourite I think had to be the Hyaluronic Eye Complex but all of the skincare items were brilliant!”
